On the Menu: Roasted tomato and red pepper bisque, spring greens tossed with apples, candied pecans & a champagne vinaigrette, wild rice and ratatouille stuffed portabella, garlic mashed potatoes topped with a creamy mushroom gravy and green beans almondine. For dessert, dark chocolate pots de creme with vegan whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Beer, wine, lemonade, coffee & tea will be provided, as well as a champagne toast.
