  2. Raffle tickets must be filled out completely to be valid.
  3. No limit on number of tickets purchased.
  4. Winner agrees to all terms of the event.
  5. Winner agrees to all rules and regulations of all participating organizations and companies.
  6. Must be 18 to win.
  7. Employees of the Whatcom Humane Society and their immediate family are not eligible to win.
  8. Need not be present to win.
