Woof and Whiskers Awards Luncheon
    March 14th ~ The Majestic, Bellingham
Our annual award presentation to an outstanding person or business that has gone above and beyond the ‘paw’ of duty for animals in our community. Vegetarian lunch provided.

Humane Hoedown Raffle
    June 1st to June 30th ♦ Various locations -Luxury Vacation Raffle
The 2013 Humane Hoedown will be held as a raffle drawing for a luxury vacation of your choice! Tickets will be sold throughout Whatcom County and proceeds benefit the WHS farm property and animals in our care.

Dog Days of Summer Run/Walk & Festival
    August 25th ~ Lake Padden Park
Our popular all day festival for dogs and the people who love them. Fun Run/Walk and 10k Run around Lake Padden. Games, contests, exhibitions, food and fun for everyone! Note: For Dog Days of Summer Vendor information, please contact Emily Bertino at: events@whatcomhumane.org. Space is limited!

11th Annual Masquerade Gala & Auction
    October 19th ~ Bellingham Golf & Country Club
The social fund raising event of the year! Masquerade attire, fine dining, and multiple auctions raise much needed funds for the continued operations of our animal shelters.
