Membership Matters!

The Whatcom Humane Society cannot provide for the animals in our community without the continued support of our membership. So, please help us by becoming a WHS member today!

Members benefit from the knowledge that they are making an important contribution on behalf of the animals and the community by participating in and supporting the vital work of the Whatcom Humane Society.

As of June 1, 2010 yearly membership dues for WHS are:

• $25 per person
  
• $40 per couple
  
• $50 business membership
  
• $5,000 lifetime membership
  

Membership dues will be valid for one year from the date of your annual membership renewal/donation. Members benefit from the knowledge that they are making an important contribution on behalf of the animals and the community by participating in and supporting the vital work of the Whatcom Humane Society.
All Whatcom Humane Society members receive:

• Get 10% off at Paws Awhile Gift Shop — just mention you are a member!
  
  
• Ability to vote at annual WHS board of director meeting and special meetings
  
  
• Receive PawPrint, WHS newsletter
  
  
• Invitations to special WHS events like our Masquerade Gala, Woof & Whisker Awards and other fun events
  
  
• The knowledge that you are supporting the oldest non-profit open-admission shelter in Whatcom County
  
  
• Once you've donated $100, you’ll receive a cool WHS window cling to show your support.

WHS memberships make great holiday, birthday or anniversary gifts.
