Of Dogs and Wolves:  An American Obsession
Saturday, February 24 @ 1:00-3:00 pm

During this seminar, presented by Michael Nichols, CPDTA-KA and the brains behind The Dog Guy, we will delve into evolutionary science and the modern day connection between dogs and wolves.

Exploring Vegan Flavors:  Mexican Fiesta!
Wednesday, March 7 @ 6:30-8:00 pm

Mexican cuisine is a favorite of many, but without the meat, cheese and sour cream it would be tasteless, right?  WRONG!!  And we’re going to prove it.  Join us for a fiesta of flavors and plant based creations that will please even the pickiest palate!  We will be exploring easy substitutes for all your favorites and main dish options without the meat.  Veteran vegans will be here to answer all your questions.  Come prepared!

This is a potluck style gathering so if you have a favorite vegan Mexican recipe, please bring something to share.  If not, bring your appetite and an open mind!  Whether you are looking for ideas to start Meatless Monday or you’ve been vegan for years, this is a great opportunity to get together and share in a welcoming space.
