Thank you for checking with Whatcom Humane Society for your missing pet, we hope you are reunited soon!
We recommend reviewing our new intakes posted below every 2-3 days, if not daily, and visiting the shelter in-person at least once every 5 days. Please understand we cannot identify lost pets over the phone or by email, and we ask that you visit the shelter in-person Tuesday-Sunday to positively ID and reclaim a pet from our custody.
There are fees to reclaim impounded animals, and more information can be found under Impounded Stray Animals or by calling our customer service team at (360) 733-2080 ext. 0. Family members or friends who have your contact information and would recognize your pet are welcome to visit the shelter to identify the missing pet on your behalf.
